Yes. The price you see when booking is the final price for the whole vehicle. It includes tolls, fuel, VAT and the included waiting time. Traffic or a longer route doesn't change it.
We track your flight number and move the pickup to the actual landing time. Airport pickups include 60 minutes of free waiting; elsewhere it's 15 minutes.
After your booking is confirmed, you'll receive a voucher by email with a secure payment link. Please complete the payment at least 48 hours before pick-up.
Yes, free cancellation up to 24 hours before the transfer. Cancel by email or phone and you'll get written confirmation.
Yes, child seats and boosters are free of charge. Add the child's age and weight in the notes when you book.
A sedan takes 3 large suitcases, a van up to 8 and a minibus up to 20. We carry skis, bikes and golf equipment — mention them when booking so we send the right vehicle.
Yes, we drive 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Night transfers carry no surcharge when booked in advance.
Yes. We drive into Italy, Austria and Croatia regularly. Drivers hold all the required permits, and tolls and vignettes are already in the price.
