- Price is per vehicle (not per person), one way, and final: tolls, fuel, VAT, vignettes and waiting time are included. Traffic or detours do not change it.
- Return trips get 5% off the total.
- Airport pickups: flight tracked, driver waits with a name sign, 60 minutes of free waiting after actual landing. Other pickups: 15 minutes free waiting.
- Payment: after booking you receive a confirmation email, then a voucher with the driver's contact details and a secure online payment link. Payment is due at least 48 hours before pick-up.
